Who We Are

The Segal Company, Ltd. has been providing benefits and human resources consulting for multi-employer trust funds and public sector organizations for nearly 35 years. As a private employee-owned benefits, actuarial, HR and investment consulting firm, The Segal Company, Ltd. is a completely independent organization. Our independence allows us to provide totally unbiased consulting services for our clients.

A Tradition of Innovation

The Segal Company, Ltd., is the Canadian arm of The Segal Company, a leading U.S.-based employee benefits, compensation, HR and actuarial consulting firm. Founded in New York City in 1939, early in the development of employee benefit plans in American industry, The Segal Company first conceived, designed and introduced many innovations that are now widely accepted benefit practices.
