Joseph LoCicero
President and CEO
Joseph LoCicero joined The Segal Company in 2005 and was appointed CEO on January 1, 2006. He is also a member of Segal's Board of Directors. Mr. LoCicero previously served as President, CEO, and Chairman of a major actuarial and human resources consulting firm. He has worked extensively in all of the markets in which Segal provides consulting and actuarial guidance, and he is a recognized expert on multi-employer pension issues.
Mr. LoCicero is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and is admitted to the Bar in the states of New Jersey and New York. He received his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Hunter College and his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is a former Board Member of the Employee Benefits Research Institute (EBRI), was designated a "Superstar" in the Human Resources field by HRO magazine, and is a recipient of the "Good Neighbor" award from Howard University.
