Recent work includes wellness and disease management promotion campaigns, benefit satisfaction surveys, manager/supervisor compensation training and annual enrollment communications campaigns.

Mr. Carter joined the firm when Segal acquired Marjorie Gross & Company. Before joining Marjorie Gross in 1984, he was with Buck Consultants and Johnson & Higgins.

Mr. Carter is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
